“100 Thoughts of Wisdom” is a self-reflection journal intended to express your thoughts and feelings thoroughly while gaining a better understanding of why you’re here. This journal is for everyone, but as Black Americans, it is important for us to reflect on our mental well-being frequently. This journal is a safe space created solely for you!

Our journal consists of 60 questions and 40 free writing spaces broken up into 4 sections, Fill In The Blank, Free Response, Yes Or No, and Free Writing. They allow you to rant, jot down ideas, write about your intentions for life, childhood memories, and more!

From Ania to you: “I’ve been sitting on this book for a while. Scared to release it out into the world because it’s very personal to me. Every question, thought, and section was created by me. The words in this book were all written, selected, and edited by me. I pray you enjoy them! I was very picky during the writing process. Writing then deleting, writing then deleting.
I began writing at 10 years old and pitched this journal to myself when I was 12 — wanting to create something that was beneficial to everyone in writing because its good to check in on ourselves every once in a while. These are questions I’ve asked myself every day for years. So don't feel pressured into answering them all in one day or even one year!
